How does Arctic Air® Pocket Chill work?
Arctic Air® Pocket Chill uses Hydro-Chill® Technology to help reduce the temperature of the air around you.
How do I fill Arctic Air® Pocket Chill with water?
To fill with water, open the water fill door on the back of the unit, and carefully pour in cold water. We recommend using a pitcher to avoid spilling. Close the door when full.
How do I turn Arctic Air® Pocket Chill on/off?
To turn on Arctic Air® Pocket Chill press the power button on the front of the unit. To turn it off, press the power button until the unit turns off.
How do I change the fan speed?
After you turn on the Arctic Air® Pocket Chill, press the power button to choose between three fan speeds: low, medium, and high.
How do I charge Arctic Air® Pocket Chill?
An included USB charging cable is used to charge Arctic Air® Pocket Chill.
Does Arctic Air® Pocket Chill come charged?
Arctic Air® Pocket Chill comes partially charged. For best results, fully charge the battery before first use. Do not leave the item charging overnight or for more than 4 consecutive hours.
When I turn Arctic Air® Pocket Chill on, why don’t the cooling jets turn on?
The cooling jets may take up to a minute to begin fully working while the device is priming.
How do I know when Arctic Air® Pocket Chill is fully charged?
The charge indicator light will remain red to indicate the unit is charging. When the indicator light turns from red to green and remains solid green, Arctic Air® Pocket Chill is fully charged.
How long is Arctic Air® Pocket Chill's runtime?
When fully charged, you can expect a runtime of up to 12 hours. Run time will vary depending on fan speed setting.
How do you change the LED light color?
Press the button on the side of the unit to change the LED color.
Can Arctic Air® Pocket Chill stand on its own?
Simply flip out the kickstand located on the back of Arctic Air® Pocket Chill and let it rest on the stand.
How is Arctic Air® Pocket Chill powered?
Arctic Air® Pocket Chill is rechargeable with the included USB-C cable.
What battery type does it use?
Arctic Air® Pocket Chill uses a lithium-ion battery.
How do you store Arctic Air® Pocket Chill when not in use?
Turn off Arctic Air® Pocket Chill and completely empty the unit of water and store in a cool, dry location until next use.
